Call for PRESENTERS for the NARTH TRAINING INSTITUTE
As part of the NARTH Annual Convention, the NARTH TRAINING INSTITUTE (NTI) will offer an all-day advance training program on Friday, November 7, 08. This day-long training program is open to licensed and credentialed professionals and registered interns.
This year's topic is "Addressing Intrapsychic Conflicts in the Treatment of Unwanted Homosexuality."
Guidelines for Presentations:
- Must conform to standard professional, ethical and practice guidelines;
- Must conform to NARTH's view of homosexuality as a developmental adaptation that is distressful to some people;
- Training programs are supported by a rationale that links theory and practice to intended outcome, which is diminished homosexual desire.
- Training is offered by mental-health practitioners licensed by their respective mental-health professions.
- Training is open to licensed and credentialed professionals and registered interns.
Those interested in submitting a proposal should contact Joseph Nicolosi, Ph.D. at tapc1@earthlink.net
